Group classes are ideal for clients who are familiar with reformer-based Pilates and are comfortable with a steady paced, planned routine. Classes typically range from 3-5 clients, and may include a mix of reformer, cardio tramp or tower exercises.

Semi-Private classes typically consist of 2-3 clients - often friends, family or fellow clients who prefer a smaller, more personalized class. This class format is great for someone who may have custom wants or needs or require modifications outside of our group setting.

Private classes are our most customized classes allowing for 1:1 attention for the duration of each session. This format is ideal for someone who is trying to establish a fitness routine, is new to reformer pilates, or who may have previous injuries or current restrictions that would not allow for a group setting.
